Rose's dance training began in Calgary, Alberta at the age of 3. Since then, she has trained extensively in various cities including New York City, Paris, Los Angeles, Toronto, London UK, Vancouver, and Calgary. She has learned and performed in a wide range of styles with companies across North America. Currently based in Toronto, Rose is an active member of the commercial dance scene. Her performance credits include Canada's Got Talent, Drag Brunch Saved My Life on Crave, and work as a performer and dance captain with Triangle D'Or Cabaret. She creates choreography for music videos, film, and live performances, including shows with The Juno Awards and Fever After Dark. Rose emphasizes that "versatility and perseverance are key components to being a performer" and strives to foster this environment through her teaching and choreographic work.
