All sales are non-refundable. Classes can only be transferred under special circumstances. Early cancellations can be credited back to your account — late cancellations (within 4 hours of the start time) cannot be credited under any circumstances.

Arriving 15 minutes or more late to a class may result in denied entry and loss of the class credit.
Passes may only be extended under certain circumstances, or with the purchase of a new pass.
